A bungee jumper who was thrown from a bridge without a rope attached to her was 'still breathing' after hitting the ground.
The world has been left shocked after a woman fell to her death while doing a bungee jump after workers "forgot to attach the cord" to her.
In the last day, a video has been going viral on line showing the grim moment a 21-year-old woman was thrown from a bridge without being attached to a main bungee cord.
She is reported to have fallen around 40 metres (130 feet).
The tragic incident happened at a popular bungee jumping spot known as Ponte do Esqueleto, an abandoned railway bridge in Limeira, São Paulo, Brazil.
The woman has been named locally as Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas and was a physical education trainer.
Multiple videos circulating on social media show the Rodrigues de Freitas’s being held in a 'superman position' before being thrown by two people off the bridge with the rope clearly visible on the floor and unattached.
In the video, shocked witnesses can be heard shouting "the rope people, the rope".

The workers did not seem to be aware that she was not attached.
The video shows the workers looking down as the camera pans to show the safety line still on the floor.
In new details that have been released, one off-duty nurse who was at the scene told reporters that Rodrigues de Freitas was still breathing after she hit the floor.
Rayza Dias told Brazilian media that Maria was still breathing and had a weak pulse when she attempted to give emergency aid.
She said: "I even talked to her. I have a habit of joking and saying, ‘Nobody dies on my shift’.
"And I told her, ‘Duda, nobody dies on my shift’. Even though I wasn’t on my shift there."
Duda is a nickname in Portuguese for the name Eduarda.
Despite firefighters and paramedics being called to the scene, Rodrigues de Freitas’ was pronounced dead at the scene.
As per Brazilian media, it was reported that two people attempted to run away into a woodland before being captured by a police helicopter.
Three men were reportedly arrested at the scene and six people taken to Limeira's 2nd Police District.
Police are investigating whether negligence led to Rodrigues de Freitas' death.
