In a similar act of compassion, Qantas Australia has said that it will offer refunds or alternate destinations to any of their passengers that were blocked from entering the US.
The Sydney Morning Herald have published their statement which said: "Qantas notes the advice from the US government regarding tighter entry conditions. We will reflect this change in our processes and booking systems, however it is not likely to materially impact Qantas passengers."
Elsewhere, Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter and Netflix CEO Reed Hastings have expressed their displeasure at these recent developments.
