Teaching Scouse to a Mancunian

Bad Wool? Arlarse? Heavy webs?

Do you know what any of these phrases mean? If you do, you are either a Scouse or know someone who is. As part of our time in lockdown, we've been doing what we can to broaden our minds, including trying to learn some new languages and phrases. At different times we've delved into learning a bit of French, some Urdu and Punjabi, as well as trying to get our heads around some Irish and Sunderland phrases.
