Yaya Toure puts Manchester slang to good use as he complains about lack of football

Those Manchester slang lessons have clearly paid off for Yaya Toure.

In spite of the fact that Toure has been living and working in Manchester since 2010, the Ivorian's knowledge of how those in the city talk was limited until rather recently. Toure got a crash course on Manc lingo during a recent video with his club's official YouTube channel. The 34-year-old was taught the meaning of terms like "chuddy", "kecks" and "scran". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79MjrLGIZwo Toure grew increasingly frustrated with the phrases which, to him, seemed utterly nonsensical and he assured his teacher that he would not be using any of the words that he'd just learned. Well look at him now!
