“People didn’t think I worked as hard as I did, they think that it’s mostly natural talent.” Golf fans are right in thinking that Rory McIlroy has been blessed with a natural talent for being ridiculously good at golf, but recently, we’ve got an insight into the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to complement that ability. McIlroy’s punishing gym regime was laid bare for all to see in a Nike ad recently and a new Bose commercial further illustrates what it takes to be the number one golfer in the world.
