The Bournemouth winger has been amongst the goals in the Premier League already this season, but he's been saving the best for the biggest stage. Ritchie has only played a handful of games at international level after choosing to represent Scotland, but he kept their Euro 2016 qualifying hopes alive with this incredible strike on the turn against Poland.
