Organisers of the Rugby World Cup are putting together a bluffer's guide for people new to the sport who may be a little confused about what's going on. “The challenge is doing our best to help explain the laws of the game to people who are new to rugby while also not patronising or annoying fans who really do understand it,” said an ER2012 spokesman after 25,000 tickets went on sale this week. “We have appointed a company to do it and are still finalising our plans.
