Paris Saint-Germain have received "reassuring" news from a preliminary round of tests on Neymar's ankle injury sustained during their loss to Lyon on Sunday night. PSG's star man was taken off on a stretcher in the final minute of injury time after falling awkwardly on his left ankle.
