A post on the club's website reads: "Please enter the stadium at any time from 8:30am via the black double-gates at the south-east corner of the ground (between Rookery & SEJ Stands), where you will be greeted by staff and shown where best to help.
"To supplement the equipment available to use here at the ground, you are welcome to bring a stiff broom or plastic snow shovel.
"Please do not bring any metal spades or shovels.
"We're not putting a cap on numbers we'd like to see here helping, but the more fans volunteer the quicker the stadium will be primed for the big Premier League match against West Brom - and you'll be able to return to your usual pre-match routine.
"Wrap up warm and we'll see you at The Vic bright and early.
