Sergio Aguero reveals the reason he used to be a Liverpool supporter

Plenty of players switch allegiances over time.

Speaking in 2007, just a year after the forward joined Atletico Madrid, he said: "If I had to choose a league then it would be the Premier League. "I have been a Liverpool fan for as long as I can remember and it would be a dream to play there. I watched the Champions League final and celebrated every goal as if it was for Independiente," Aguero told German newspaper Munich TZ. Aguero has scored 204 goals in 297 appearances for City since his £38 million move seven years ago and is currently in the penultimate season of his contract.
