Silva is indeed a dead good footballer and, having signed for Manchester City from Monaco last summer, we can also assume that he's a handsomely paid dead good footballer. Silva and his Portuguese teammates, the current European champions, have been drawn in Group B in Russia this summer. They kick off their tournament by facing their Iberian neighbours Spain in Sochi on June 15. They face Morocco in Moscow four days later before their final group fixture against Iran in Saransk on June 25. The rest of the Portuguese squad are expected to join up with their teammates in the days and weeks ahead. Cristiano Ronaldo, who has the small matter of a Champions League final in Kiev this Saturday night, is one of those who will be arriving late.
