Sh*t is getting serious now in the build up to Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo.
Time is ebbing away in the run up to UFC 194 on December 12 and the two featherweight titans are wasting no time getting stuck into training.
We've already seen videos emerging of McGregor working on his footwork, movement and boxing in sparring with team-mate Artem 'The Russian Hammer' Lobov.
He looked sharp - and he must be feeling sharp too after he offered to step in to fight Dustin Poirier at the last minute after Joe Duffy dropped out of UFC Dublin's main even through concussion.
But Brazilian Aldo is certainly not sat around kicking his heels. He's up kicking pads. Pretty f**king hard too.
There's some real venom in these roundhouse kicks - and we're not surprised. Champion Aldo has already warned interim champion McGregor that he's out to hurt him. We don't doubt that for a second.
We're sure the Notorious will be watching closely for any chinks in his armour or even the slightest gap where he drops his hands to punish him.
