Billy Joe Saunders continues to bang the drum for a big-money unification bout with Gennady Golovkin but an agreement has yet to be reached. It initially seemed like the fight was something of an inevitability, as Golovkin came straight out from his most recent victory and proclaimed that a clash with Saunders was his "dream fight." https://twitter.com/JOE_co_uk/status/843892503615102976 After claiming a unanimous decision over Daniel Jacobs in Madison Square Garden, in a victory that ended Golovkin's 23-fight knockout streak, the WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, and IBO middleweight champion set his sights on Saunders' WBO title. The Brit welcomed the attention, as he agreed to travel to Golovkin's native Kazakhstan for the bout and attempted to entice GGG to sign on the dotted line by saying "Don't fuck about with me no more, you little fucking minge!"
