Belgium are getting pretty desperate in their search for a new manager

You would imagine the manager's position with the Belgium national team would be one of the most coveted in international football.

The Red Devils are ranked second in the world, with a squad packed full of talented, if underachieving, players who, with the right coach at the helm, should be contenders for the 2018 World Cup. The next coach also couldn't mess things up as much as Marc Wilmots, who stepped down on Monday after the side's underwhelming Euro 2016 campaign, which saw them exit in the quarter-finals to Wales. Wilmots was reportedly considered tactically limited by the Belgian players, and his successor will be tasked with getting more out the talented team. Boasting names such as Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and even the Marouane Fellaini, you'd think potential managers would be banging on the Belgian FA's door for a chance to run the team. However, it appears the Belgian FA are having trouble filling the role. They have, in a rather unorthodox move, advertised the position on their website.
