The Liverpool parade attacker, Paul Doyle, has been sentenced on 31 charges.
Doyle admitted ramming his car into a crowd of Liverpool fans at their title parade in May.
Doyle, who has frequently sobbed in court, injured 39 people in the incident.
In just two minutes of carnage, Doyle used his vehicle as a weapon, pausing twice during the rampage, before accelerating again.
Just moments ago, Doyle was sentenced to 21 years and six months.
The charges include dangerous driving, affray, 17 counts of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, nine counts of causing GBH with intent and three counts of wounding with intent.
