Researchers say that Adolf Hitler had a genetic disorder which can result in a micro-penis.
The Nazi leaders DNA analysis revealed that Hitler had Kallmann syndrome, which can hinder puberty and sexual development, reports The Guardian.
This leads to low testosterone and potentially undescended testicles. It also means that Hitler had a one in ten chance of having a micro-penis.
This new research also suggests that Hitler potentially did have just one testicle.
Professor Turi King said: “If he was to look at his own genetic results, he’d almost certainly have sent himself to the gas chambers.”
She said that she 'agonised' over the analysis but said: “It will be done at some point and we wanted to make sure it’s done in an extremely measured and rigorous fashion.
“Also, to not do it puts him on some sort of pedestal.” She added: “The genetics can in no way excuse what he did.”
Hitler's DNA was taken from a sample of blood at his Berlin bunker.
Hitler’s DNA: Blueprint Of A Dictator will air on Channel 4 on Saturday.
