Everyone's favourite natural documentarian is back and in his new show, Dynasties, David Attenborough will give viewers a unique look at the animal world.
The five-part series will give viewers an up-close look at five of the world’s most celebrated but endangered animals, as they do whatever it takes to survive and protect the next generation.
Produced over four years in glorious locations around the globe, Dynasties is the next major TV project that Attenborough has undertaken since his work on the sublime Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II. Each episode of Dynasties follows individual animals - lions, hunting dogs, chimpanzees, tigers and emperor penguins - at the most critical period in their lives. Each is a ruler - a leader of their family, their troop, their pride - and they're all determined to hold on to power and protect their family, their territory and their dynasty. The odds are stacked against them because our planet is changing at an extraordinary rate and the habitats that these animals live in are under increasing pressure, not least from the impact of humanity itself. The show promises to be "an intense portrayal of the lives of these animals as they unfold, day-by-day, hour-by-hour, where the tiniest incident may end up having a huge consequence on their future". Hell, we'd watch David Attenborough narrating a documentary about paint drying, such is his wonderful talent as a broadcaster. The first trailer for the new five-part series has been released and it looks spectacular. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=5&v=JWI1eCbksdE Clip via BBC EarthHow much has every political party received in donations this year as Reform given another £3m
