Around 200 homes have been evacuated and the army have been brought in following a major incident in Derby.
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of explosives offences.
A man in his 40s and another in his 50s were arrested, reports Sky News.
Residents were evacuated and told that they may hear a 'controlled bang' as the army deal with the situation.
The incident is not being treated as a terror incident and police have said there is no wider risk to the public.
A cordon has been put in place.
