The sun may be shining outside but that doesn't mean you can go out and enjoy it. Not for long at least. Usually at this time of year we'd all be out barbecuing, sipping a cold drink and eating delicious, smokey food with our friends and family, but there'll all at their individual homes, and so are we. So it's time to improvise. Just because you can't enjoy the spectacle of the enigmatic barbecue that doesn't mean you can't make the most of the culinary delights that the barbecue offers.
