Sometimes life, in the form of a busy schedule, or more likely an evening spent in the pub, just gets in the way. With that in mind, we went to high-street supermarkets Co-op, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Boots and Tesco to scour the shelves for the healthiest meal deal options out there.
