As always, SPOILER ALERT! Here are some of our favourite moments from this week's memorable episode, 'The Broken Man'.
Master of Quotes - Best Line
"I'm a big fucker and I'm tough to kill".
The fact that we were thrust into the action without even a credit sequence gave us a clue that this was going to be a
Game Of Thrones episode unlike any other. Ian McShane's down-to-earth and spiritual Septum said it best when he "nearly shit" himself after finding The Hound alive. We all felt exactly the same.

Those sequences featuring a quieter and more reflective Sandor Clegane, now living a life of solitude in the countryside, felt like they borrowed heavily from the famous Harrison Ford film
Witness. Think about it: a man that's accustomed to a life of violence now wants to live peacefully among a tight-knit community that want nothing to do with the hardships of the world.
Just like that film though, we always knew that trouble would arrive, especially after that ominous meeting with the Brothers Without Banners.

The Septon warned us that "violence is a disease. You don’t cure disease by spreading it among people", but the history of Westeros has constantly proved that this is naive thinking. That final shot of The Hound picking up his axe was the very embodiment of him picking up the pieces of his old life.
The Hound's return does create a very intriguing possibility. As of last week, we know that Gregor Clegane will be defending Cersei in her upcoming trial by combat. Will Sandor Clegane's recent brush with religion cause him to seek out the Faith Militant and help them condemn the Queen Regent? Will Cleganebowl actually be happening?

The theme of broken men that are trying to get back on track was prominent throughout the episode. This was most clearly seen when Yara Greyjoy implored her brother Theon to forget about the psychological and physical abuse that Ramsay subjected him to.

It's clear that he's still racked with guilt, anguish and pain, but we're not sure if Yara's logic of "few drinks, be grand" will work. This being said, we did love her angry delivery of the line "fuck justice, we'll get revenge then".
The race to Mereen between Yara's fleet and her uncle Euron's could be very interesting indeed.

Elsewhere, Edmure might as well be dead, because even the Blackfish reckons that Jamie should just "hang him and be done with it".
Despite the return of the hilarious Bronn (how we missed him), Jamie isn't having the best of times. It seems that his reputation as the best knight in Westeros is rapidly dwindling and Bronn's brilliant putdowns won't be doing his self-esteem any good, especially since his insults remain sharper than any sword in the Seven Kingdoms.

Jon Snow also has a fair bit on his plate, because it seems that our favourite bastard is still a bit unsure about himself and is struggling to come to terms with life after death. Maybe it's because he knows the true horrors of what's actually beyond The Wall. As Ser Davos says: "The real war isn’t between a few squabbling houses. It’s between the living and the dead and make no mistake, my lady, the dead are coming.”

What else is there to be tied up? Oh yeah, Margaery is now arguably the best person at playing the game of thrones because it's clear that she has some devious plan for the High Sparrow. We always knew that passing notes was important and the Queen even managed to warn Lady Olenna to leave King's Landing. Good for her.
Another thing, Arya's not dead. This footage was from the season six trailer and we haven't seen it so far.
The North Remembers - Best Scene
It's not often that you see the fearless Jon Snow and steely Sansa Stark cower in silence, but it happened this week and it's all thanks to a 10-year-old girl.
Game Of Thrones has a new badass Queen and her name is Lyanna Mormont.
Her delivery of the line "my mother wasn't a great beauty, or any other kind of beauty. She was a great warrior though" was cooler than the other side of a White Walker's pillow.
Queen Mormont would kick King Tommen's ass.
