Shoppers can bag a free Echo Dot with an early Black Friday deal from Amazon.

Amazon's has confirmed that its Black Friday Week kicks off on 21 November and will run through 1 December, but early deals on some Amazon Devices are already available.

This includes a limited-time 2-for-1 deal on the newest gen Echo Dot.

You can now pick up an Echo Dot speaker and get one free when using the promo code 'ECHO' during checkout.

The offer is running now until 18 November, and with one Alexa smart speaker setting you back £54.99 it's a decent bargain.

The model is the latest version of the smart speaker and promises improved audio experience for clearer vocals, deeper bass and vibrant sound, when listening to your favourite songs or podcast.

While its new temperature sensor helps keep your home comfortable by creating routines.

The Echo Dot is, of course, part of Amazon's device family, so if you already have a TV with Alexa you can use the speaker for hands-free control.

Plus you can place the two speakers in different parts of the room to create an all-encompassing audio sound on a budget.

Or alternatively you can kit out two rooms with an Echo Dot in each, or gift the 'free' one to a friend or relative at Christmas.
