What could be nicer than one Manchester United legend sending a heartfelt message to another?
Rio Ferdinand and Patric Evra were two of United's most illustrious and decorated defenders in a time when the Red Devils reigned supreme.
The pair played side by side in some of the club's most golden of years, winning the Premier League and the Champions League together under Sir Alex Ferguson.
While Jose Mourinho is currently barracking his backline for not stepping up to the plate during a rough patch in the season, you could never say Ferdinand and Evra gave anything less than 100 per cent for the club.
In seems the years have not wearied that old camaraderie and fraternity between the former England regular and the France international, both of whom were incredibly popular figures at Old Trafford.
Evra, who is now at Juventus, and his old teammate still obviously have a lot of respect and fondness for each other after almost a decade of playing together.
The Frenchman posted a lovely birthday message to his pal that will make United fans long for the good old days and the old guard.

Evra wrote: 'JOYEUX ANNIVERSAIRE bro!!!! 'I respect you so much and I am really proud of you in all that you have achieved on and off the pitch!!! Despite the difficult times you have faced! 'I love this game ahahahahah.'
United's defence could really use some of this right now.
