Lionel Messi is set to be awarded Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe Biden.
The Argentine has won it all in his trophy-laden career, but this latest award is one that not many footballers can boast.
The 37-year-old is set to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest honour a civilian can receive in the United States.
Messi will be awarded the medal tonight at a special ceremony at the Whitehouse, where other famous names such as Bono and Anna Wintour are also set to be celebrated.
The White House said the recipients have made "exemplary contributions to the prosperity, values, or security of the United States, world peace, or other significant societal, public or private endeavors."
