Napoli have reached a full agreement with a European giant over the transfer of Georgian international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, as per Fabrice Hawkins.
Recently reported that Kvaratskhelia had expressed his desire to Antonio Conte to leave the club, many clubs expressed an interest in the highly sought-after star.
Linked to the Premier League, it is in fact Paris Saint Germain who are set to reportedly secure the services of the player.
The deal is now sealed between the two clubs, with a full agreement in place including a fee of €70million.
It is understood to be a five year contract for the player, who will join with immediate effect.
This comes as a blow to Liverpool, who were previously linked with the player.
