Redknapp's praise of the Argentina striker comes hot on the heels of Alan Shearer's declaration that Agüero is the only world-class player in the Premier League.
Shearer described him as "the one genuine world-class player we have in our Premier League and...the best centre-forward,” before brushing off suggestions from Gary Lineker that Arsenal's Sánchez is on the same level.
Shearer took some heat for that, so we'd imagine more of the same sort of criticism will come Redknapp's way in the next couple of days.
