What an amazing week for Ryan Manning.

The 20-year-old was not even on the squad list in QPR programmes at the start of the season. He was on hardly any lips in London up until early December. Manning got his chance with QPR under Ian Holloway and, ever since then, he has not looked back. On Saturday afternoon, he pounced on an awful Fulham backpass to give his side a lead in an eventual 1-1 draw.
