Harry Kane will join Manuel Neuer in wearing a rainbow coloured captain's armband during England's match against Germany on Tuesday night. Neuer has been wearing an rainbow armband throughout the tournament, as a show of support for the LGBTQ+ community across the world, making an extra effort to get the flag on camera during one of his post-match interviews by repeatedly touching his face. https://twitter.com/_hannahryan/status/1407812448653041665 The FA have this afternoon announced that England captain Kane will do the same for the round of 16 tie between the two nations on Tuesday night at Wembley. With Budapest hosting a number of matches, and the Hungarian government's violently anti-LGBTQ+ laws, players and fans have wanted to make a vocal stand against such oppression.
