Following tests, Kane's condition was confirmed on Thursday night with the North London club defining the blow as a "significant lateral ligament injury". Also announced in the update was the fate of Dele Alli's hand injury, after the midfielder also came off in the win over City. Alli clutched his wrist as he was substituted in the dying moments and tests reveal his injury to be a fractured left hand. However, there is a chance he can play with a cast and club doctors will monitor his condition in the coming days. "The England midfielder will now be assessed to determine his availability for this weekend's fixture against Huddersfield Town," it was confirmed.
