Jack Grealish has worn a special t-shirt designed by a young fan with cerebral palsy as their heartwarming relationship continues. Finlay Fisher and Grealish's friendship made headlines last month when the England player dedicated his World Cup goal against Iran to the youngster. The 12-year-old Manchester City fan met his idol before the World Cup and asked that Grealish perform the 'worm' celebration if he scored for the Three Lions. In a post shared by Art of Football on Twitter, the Manchester City player was seen wearing a t-shirt with Finlay's special celebration on it.

This meant he was later offered the chance to meet Grealish in person as part of the Premier League's 'Fan Mail' initiative, the MailOnline reports.
