Fans spotted Ben White trolling Jack Grealish after Arsenal's late win against Manchester City on Sunday.
City fell to their third defeat in four games as Gabriel Martinelli came off the bench to score a late winner for Arsenal.
Martinelli’s effort deflected off Nathan Ake in the 86th minute to secure a massive three points for Mikel Arteta’s men and take them joint-top of the league with north London rivals Tottenham.
The Gunners also moved two points clear of their opponents, who struggled to get a foot hold of the game and never looked like scoring when going forward.
There were plenty of incidents at full time, including an altercation between Kyle Walker, Erling Haaland and Arsenal coach Nicolas Jover.
Among those involved was Grealish, who was an unused substitute in the defeat, as he was spotted exchanging verbals with opposition players and staff however his attempt to wind up the Gunners didn't pay off as White stood and laughed back at him.
Pleased with what they saw, many Arsenal fans took to social media to praise White for the way he reacted.
One person wrote: "Absolutely nobody is loving the meltdown from Grealish, Walker and co more than Ben White. He’s just giggling away and I love it.
"Swear this guy is a full-time troll, decent footballer too uno," said a second.
Another posted: "He’s such a menace.
"Ben White is such a mischievous fellow," said a fourth.
Pep Guardiola was asked about what happened but refused to give too much insight.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “I know what happened, but I don’t want to say anything. They know it."
