Fans fume as Darwin Núñez is awarded Man of the Match in Aston Villa win

Liverpool's Darwin Núñez has continued to divide opinion after viewers were left confused by the decision to award him the Man of the Match award. Núñez led the line as Liverpool beat Aston Villa 3-1 at Villa Park on Boxing Day. Although he didn't get on the scoresheet, the Uruguayan was still heavily involved. The forward had multiple chances, however his final touch wasn't quite there, but stretched the Villa defence with his clever runs and remained a thorn in the hosts' side. But after Amazon Prime opted to give the former Benfica man the Man of the Match Award, fans expressed their confusion over the decision. "Nah there’s no way.
