After the fight, Brook was taken to hospital after suggesting he had suffered a broken eye socket in the second round. As a result, he explained that he struggled with blurred vision for the remainder of the fight.
"I was frustrating him", Brook said. "I was starting to settle into it but when you see three, four, five of them it's difficult."
The broken eye socket was later confirmed by a tweet from Brook's promoter, Eddie Hearn. Along with a picture of an x-ray, Hearn added that Brook would undergo surgery on the injury on Monday in Sheffield.

As for Golovkin, that's now 36 wins from 36 fights. Incredibly, he's managed to to win 33 of them via knockout. Frightening.
