The doctor who aided Eriksen when he first regained consciousness has spoken on the football star's first words. "That was a very moving moment, because in such medical emergencies in everyday life, the chances of success are much lower." He asked Eriksen if he was back with them, to which the former Tottenham star said: "'Yes, I am back with you. For f***s sake, I'm only 29 years old." On Wednesday, players and coaches from the Euro teams shared a heartwarming video message that displayed their support for their colleague and friend. Morten Boesen, the doctor for the Danish national team, released a statement following Eriksen's diagnosis: A statement read: "After Christian has been through different heart examinations it has been decided that he should have an ICD.
