In many ways, Donald Cerrone makes perfect sense as Conor McGregor's next opponent

Cerrone is a big name, has a hardcore fanbase of his own and would likely be willing to stand with McGregor if a deal is agreed to share the Octagon with 'The Notorious'. On Saturday night, McGregor seemingly granted Cerrone's wish of a red panty night by accepting the American's challenge after 'Cowboy' knocked out rising young prospect Alex Hernandez at UFC Brooklyn.
