Tonight, Boca Juniors and River Plate will meet for the first time ever in the final of the Copa Libertadores - if it isn't called off for the second consecutive day. Last night, torrential rain in Buenos Aires meant that the first leg of the final had to be suspended and rescheduled for this evening. When the official announcement was made, some Boca fans were already in the stadium, and they weren't going to let some water get in the way of their fun. The video it's a sad indictment on the lack of atmosphere at Premier League grounds. Yes, tickets are too expensive. Yes, the all-seater rule is an obstacle in creating an atmosphere but let's take inspiration from our South American cousins and try to create something half this good.
