The Prime Minister is expected to speak on the Ukraine crisis following a huge summit discussing the issue.
Starmer is set to tell the country that peace in Ukraine is still achievable with US support, despite the confrontation between President Trump and Ukrainian leader Zelenskyy in the White House.
Sir Keir is expected to spell out plans from the UK and France for a "coalition of the willing" to bring about peace in Ukraine and put an end to Russia's incursion.
It is also anticipated that the PM will put emphasis on the need for an alliance with the US.
There has been no exact time confirmed as of yet, but Starmer is expected to speak at around 4pm today, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Zelenskyy is expected to join Starmer at the conference, alongside other European leaders. They will then proceed for a meeting with the King.
Zelenskyy landed in the UK after a confrontational meeting with Trump, which saw the President claim the Ukrainian leader was 'gambling with WW3.'
The meeting has caused a rift among NATO's European section and the US.
Starmer spoke on the matter in an appearance on the BBC earlier today.
"Nobody wants to see that," he said of the clash between Trump and Zelenskyy.
"The important thing is how to react to that. There are a number of different routes people could go down. One is to ramp up the rhetoric as to how outraged we all are or not.
"The other is to do what I did, which is roll up my sleeves, pick up the phone, talk to President Trump, talk to President Zelensky, then invite President Zelensky for an extensive meeting yesterday, a warm welcome, and then further pick up the phone to President Macron and President Trump afterwards.
"My driving purpose has been to bridge this, if you like, and get us back to the central focus."

So, he took himself to a swanky private members’ club and put his […]
