Victoria Coren Mitchell announces birth of baby with David after secret pregnancy

The 51-year-old is married to Peep Show actor David Mitchell, with whom she already has one daughter, Barbara Elizabeth June Mitchell, who they welcomed into the world back in 2015.

But now, Victoria has shared news of the birth of their second baby in the most hilarious way.

The Only Connect presenter shared a photo of what most assumed to be her Halloween costume.

She tweeted a photo of herself on Tuesday wearing black with a red cloak, with the caption: "DO FOLLOW ME…"

However, a day later, the star followed up to confirm that all was not quite as it first seemed.

"Many people are assuming my tweet yesterday was a Halloween costume," she began.

"Not at all; last week I had a baby and nothing currently fits me except cloaks."

She added: "Luckily, Only Connect is a pre-record. Happy All Saints Day!"

Neither Victoria nor David have confirmed any details about their new addition, but an announcement that appeared in The Times read, per Metro: "MITCHELL – on 26th October 2023 to Victoria and David, a daughter, June Violet sister to Barbara."

Fans have flocked to congratulate the pair on the news all over social media.
