Popular TikToker Kyle Marisa Roth's cause of death has been revealed following her passing earlier this year.
The content creator, who was best known for her celebrity 'tea spills' and 'blind items', died at the age of 36 back in April.
She had more than 269,000 on TikTok and was known for starting her videos with her catchphrase: “You want more? I’ll give you more."
Her death was a huge shock to her fans and followers, and her cause of death has now been confirmed following an autopsy reports.
Documents obtained by TMZ this week show Roth died from cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis. In layman's terms, this means she died from an irregular heartbeat caused by scarring on her heart muscle.
Maryland's Chief Medical Examiner ruled her death was "natural."
There were no signs of alcohol in her toxicology report, but she did test positive for Diphenhydramine otherwise known as Benadryl and Mitragynine. This is an alkaloid often used for pain management.
Her death was announced by her sister Lindsay on social media on April 15.
In a post on Instagram, she said: "As a family we are still processing and deciding how to properly celebrate and honor her life. we don’t know happened yet. I know she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more - she had so many gifts."
