JOE PRIZE DRAW T&C’sTerms and Conditions The JOE Prize Draw will run between 20th January – 3rd February 2021. 2. The JOE Prize Draw offers individuals who complete the survey, available to access via https://joefans.typeform.com/to/oZHh0I1A, a chance to win 1 x £50 Amazon Voucher by submitting their email address. 3. In order to complete the survey and enter the prize draw, individuals will need access to a mobile phone, laptop or desktop computer with Internet access. 4. In order to be entered into the 1 x £50 Amazon Prize draw, individuals must enter their email address, when prompted to,at the end of the online survey. 5. This promotion is open to UK residents’ aged 18 and over only. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 will be excluded from the competition. 6. There is only one winner of the 1 x £50 Amazon Voucher and this winner will be chosen at random. 7. A representative for the promoter will contact the winner by email regarding fulfilment of their prize. Competition closing date is 3rd February 2021. Failure to respond to email regarding the fulfilment of prizes within 10 days will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected. 8. The 1 x £50 Amazon Voucher will be delivered via email. 9. The promotion is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 10. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part (where relevant). The prizes are non-transferable. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute with one of an equivalent or greater value. 11. The email address submitted to enter the prize draw will be held securely by our survey partners, TypeForm and deleted as soon as the winner confirms contact and delivery details.
