Spain has suffered its third train crash in just a matter of days, after a commuter train crashed into a crane in south-eastern Spain.
The crash happened this morning near Cartagena, Murcia, as reported by state broadcaster TVE.
A number of people have been lightly injured in the incident.
A spokesperson for emergency services in the south-eastern Murcia region said that "the train hasn't been overturned nor derailed".
Spanish rail operator Adif said on X that services have been stopped due to "the intrusion into the infrastructure gauge by a crane not belonging to the railway operation".
Services have since resumed on the line.
Social media videos quickly spread from the scene of the incident.
The train links the Cartagena–Los Nietos line, a narrow-gauge railway in the Murcia Region of Spain, connecting the city of Cartagena with smaller satellite towns to its east.
This latest incident comes after 41 people were killed on Sunday in a high-speed train collision while a driver was killed in an crash near Barcelona on Tuesday, in which 37 people were injured after a train hit a fallen piece of wall.
