Somebody set up a disgusting and dangerous barbed wire trap on this cycling trail

This is nothing short of evil.

Since yesterday, photos have emerged on Facebook of a barbed wire trapped stretched between two trees at neck height on a popular cycling trail in Co Wicklow, Ireland.
