Gardai and emergency services are at the scene of a major incident in Dublin city centre.
A Bus Éireann vehicle crashed on the pedestrianised North Earl Street.
The crash happened on the junction of Talbot Street and Marlborough Street.
Ambulances and Dublin Fire Brigade units are at the scene.
RTE News report that a number of people have been seriously injured.
A number of people were hit by the bus, and RTE reports that one person may have been fatally injured, though this has not been confirmed.
A number of people have been rushed to hospital.
A garda cordon has been put in place and the crash site has been surrounded by a tent.
Talbot Street has been closed from Gardiner Street, and Marlborough Street has been closed from Cathal Brugha Street.
Luas Green Line services have also been suspended between Parnell Street and St Stephen's Green.
Gardai described the incident as 'a serious road traffic incident involving a bus on North Earl Street, Dublin 1'.
