In a series on indicative votes tonight in the House of Commons, a second referendum secured more votes than Theresa May's Brexit deal ever has. A 'confirmatory' second referendum received 268 votes in favour, but was defeated by 295 votes against. Meanwhile, the highest number of votes that May's Withdrawal Agreement received in either of her two attempts to pass it through the House of Commons is 242.
