Prince William has confirmed that Kate Middleton is doing well following her cancer diagnosis.
The Princess of Wales has not been seen in public since Christmas, having announced earlier this year that she had been diagnosed with cancer.
The announcement in March came after Kate underwent planned abdominal surgery.
It was agreed that Kate would take an extended break from her royal duties after she was diagnosed with a form of cancer.
William has continued with his royal duties and visited the Isles of Scilly today.
During the trip, the dad-of-three gave a brief update on his wife's health battle.
William was speaking to a member of the public when she asked about his wife's condition.
She told Sky News, "I asked William about his wife Kate and he said: 'She's doing well, thanks,' and I suggested they might like to come for a visit and bring the children."
William responded, "The children are very jealous that I am here... Maybe we might come later in the year."
In March, the Princess of Wales issued a video after rumours about her health spread online.
In the heartbreaking video, the mum-of-three confirmed that she had been diagnosed with cancer.
Kate said the diagnosis came as a major shock for her and her family, but stressed that she is getting stronger every day.
"I am well and getting stronger every day," she said in the harrowing video.
The mum said it took time for her and William to tell their three children the devastating news.
"This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.
"As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment.
"But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be okay."
