A pilot had 'no idea where to land' following today's fire at Heathrow.
The fire displaced hundreds of planes as well as cancelling, diverting or delaying at least 1,357 flights.
FlightRadar24 data showed as of 9am this morning, there were120 planes in the air searching for a space to land.
A substation fire led to the airports shut down the airport and the flight disruption.
Many flights were diverted to other nearby airports, diverted to other nearby airports, including Gatwick Airport.
A passenger who was flying into HeathrowAirport from Bangkok, told LBC they ended up in Brussels after the pilot said they had 'no idea' where they could land.
Net zero secretary for the Labour government, Ed Miliband told Sky News that no foul play is suspected to have caused the fire.
He described the blaze as 'unusual and unprecedented' and a 'catastrophic accident'.
Mr Miliband said: "We've got to get power restored as quickly as possible and Heathrow opened as quickly as possible. But the truth is it's going to take time to unwind the disruption for obvious reasons. There's no suggestion there is any foul play."
