Honestly, the tweet is like some kind of Piers Morgan/gammon bingo, with the invocation of Churchill: Morgan's spiritual king, to create the illusion that the television host is part of some noble quest to uphold free speech, rather than a massive celebrity who used his platform on one of the nation's biggest TV shows to question the lived experiences of a woman who had just admitted to feeling suicidal. But he will continue, and people will buy it, and the conversation about 'cancel culture' rather than 'consequences for being an arsehole' will rage on and on until the sun devours this planet.
