A new study has shown that one in four vapers are stockpiling their disposable vapes ahead of Sunday's ban.
The study, commissioned by übbs Pouches, polled 1,000 adults who typically use disposable vapes, found that they have around nine weeks' worth of disposable vapes stockpiled.
According to the poll, over half of those surveyed are "worried" about the upcoming ban, with 38% concerned about suffering from withdrawal symptoms.
Meanwhile, 42% of those surveyed said that they are "likely" to use unregulated black market vapes once the ban comes into effect.
The survey also found that 36% of vapers disagree with the ban, while 9% were unaware that it is even happening.
A spokesperson said: "For those who use disposable vapes, there's no getting away from it - they are going to disappear from stores.
"And while many polled have stocked up on supplies in anticipation of the ban, they won't last forever.
"For those worried about transitioning away from disposables, there are plenty of alternative options, which are regulated - but unregulated options should be avoided."
According to the survey, those using disposable vapes spend an average of £41 a month, going through 13 devices over that time.
The vast majority of those surveyed (77%) have said that they have tried alternatives to disposable vapes ahead of the ban, including refillable vapes, nicotine gum, nicotine patches and pouches.
