The Met Office is predicting that the Northern Lights will be visible across various parts of the UK this evening.
The Aurora Borealis is one of nature's most magical features, and it is rare for the phenomena to be visible for most of the UK.
However, the Met Office has revealed that Brits might be able to get a glimpse of the Northern Lights tonight, thanks to the clear skies and a geomagnetic storm.
"A geomagnetic storm will give an enhanced chance of #aurora activity tonight," the weather forecaster wrote on X.
"The #NorthernLights may be visible across Scotland, as well as Northern Ireland and parts of northern England with clear spells to start, before turning cloudier from the west later."
In the more in-depth prediction on the Met Office's Space Weather forecast, they wrote: "Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) influence is likely on Wednesday 17 April into Thursday 18 April.
"Aurora may be visible in the far north of Scotland with a chance that aurora may become visible more widely across Scotland as well as Northern Ireland and parts of northern England."
It comes after people across the country were shocked to spot the Northern Lights last night (April 16).
Social media users reported spotting the phenomena across Scotland, and as far south as Cornwall.
