More than 200 people have died and hundreds more are injured in Turkey and Syria after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake. The latest estimates, reported by Reuters via Sky News, are that 230 have died in Syria alone. Earlier Monday, the death toll for both countries was 195 - including 76 in Turkey, 99 in government-held areas of Syria and 20 in rebel-held areas.
